NANS TürkiyeThe National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Türkiye Chapter has officially announced the Pioneer Executive Council of the Association of Nigerian Students and Scholars in Istanbul (ANSSI).
The establishment of the council marks an important step in strengthening student representation, coordination and community engagement among Nigerian students and scholars across Istanbul.
The Pioneer Executive Council is led by Comr. Musa Abubakar Abdullahi as President, with Comr. Azeezah Adebola Alim serving as Vice President and Comr. Ahmed Sadiq Abubakar as General Secretary.
Other members of the council are Comr. Maximillian Eke, Public Relations Officer; Comr. Ibrahim Mohammed Tukur, Financial Secretary; Comr. Lateefah Zakariyyah, Treasurer; Comr. Taiwo Mohammed Sholana, Director of Academic Affairs; and Comr. Miracle Okon Aniediong, Director of Welfare & Social Affairs.
Through ANSSI, the new leadership will work to strengthen communication among Nigerian students and scholars in Istanbul, promote academic excellence, support student welfare and encourage greater collaboration and community participation.
The council will also provide an organised local structure through which the concerns, ideas and interests of Nigerian students and scholars in Istanbul can be represented while maintaining cooperation with NANS Türkiye Chapter.
NANS Türkiye congratulates the members of the Pioneer Executive Council and wishes them a successful, productive and impactful tenure as they serve the Nigerian student and scholar community in Istanbul.
