Privacy and student data

NANS Türkiye provides student accounts and service-request forms. We collect information needed to create an account, provide the requested student service and help keep the platform safe. This notice describes the current website data flow; the organisational approval items are listed in the review record linked below.

What students should expect

1. Account details and service requests are used for student-platform access and the selected NANS support route.
2. Do not send passport scans, banking details or other sensitive information through public chats or forms unless NANS has explicitly provided a secure, approved route.
3. Only authorised NANS administrators should access student data, and access should be removed when a role ends.
4. Registered students can request a copy or correction of their data, or ask to close their account, from Account → Privacy & Account in the Student Hub.

How requests are handled

Requests are tied to the student’s signed-in email and are visible only to authorised administrators. Account-closure requests are reviewed so NANS can verify the requester and determine the appropriate handling of related records.

Questions about this notice or a personal-data request can be sent through the private Student Hub. Organisational approval items are maintained in the project’s legal review record.
