Privacy and student data

NANS Türkiye provides student accounts and service-request forms. We collect only the information needed to create an account, provide the requested student service and keep the platform safe. This page is a practical privacy notice and must be reviewed by NANS before formal legal adoption.

What students should expect

1. Account details and service requests are used only for student-platform access and the selected NANS support route.
2. Do not send passport scans, banking details or other sensitive information through public chats or forms unless NANS has explicitly provided a secure, approved route.
3. Only authorised NANS administrators should access student data, and access should be removed when a role ends.
4. Students can ask about their data through the official NANS contact route.
